  • Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or during holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Before shipping, orders may go through verification procedures to help prevent fraud and ensure accurate delivery information.

After completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email containing:

Please review your order confirmation carefully. If you notice an error with your shipping address or order details, contact us immediately.

Once an order has entered the shipping process, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Delivery estimates begin after the order has been shipped and do not include processing time.

Please understand that delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shipping delays may occur due to circumstances outside PokémonWorld’s control.


4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

When available, the email will include:

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the package has been shipped.

If your tracking information has not updated for several days, please contact us and we will assist you.

PokémonWorld is not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.
