At PokémonWorld, we offer pre-order options for selected products, including upcoming releases, limited-edition items, and collectible products. This Pre-Order Policy explains the terms and conditions that apply to pre-order purchases made through our website.

By placing a pre-order with PokémonWorld, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. What Is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order allows customers to reserve a product before its official release date or before the item becomes available in our inventory.

Pre-order products are clearly identified on our website as "Pre-Order" items.

Pre-order availability is subject to manufacturer release schedules, supplier availability, and inventory confirmation.

2. Pre-Order Payment

When placing a pre-order:

  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.

  • Your payment method will be charged when the pre-order is successfully placed.

  • Payment confirmation reserves your requested product allocation.

By completing a pre-order purchase, you agree that payment will be processed before the product is shipped.

3. Estimated Release Dates

Pre-order release dates shown on our website are estimates provided by manufacturers or suppliers.

Release dates may change due to:

  • Manufacturer delays

  • Production issues

  • Supply chain interruptions

  • Shipping delays

  • Unexpected circumstances

PokémonWorld is not responsible for changes to official release dates but will make reasonable efforts to update customers when important changes occur.

4. Shipping of Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items will be shipped after they become available and are received by PokémonWorld.

If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items:

  • Your entire order may ship together when all items are available, unless otherwise specified.

  • Separate shipping may be offered when available and may involve additional shipping costs.

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email once their pre-order has been shipped.

5. Pre-Order Delays

Although we work to fulfill pre-orders as quickly as possible, delays may occur beyond our control.

Possible causes include:

  • Limited inventory allocation

6. Pre-Order Cancellation

7. Pre-Order Returns and Refunds

Pre-order products are subject to the same Return and Refund Policy as regular purchases unless otherwise stated.

Eligible returns must meet the required conditions:

  • Product must be unused.

  • Product must be in original condition.

  • Original packaging must be included when applicable.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Opened collectible products, including opened trading card products, may not be eligible for return.

8. Product Availability and Allocation

Placing a pre-order does not guarantee unlimited availability.

In rare situations, PokémonWorld may be unable to fulfill a pre-order due to:

If PokémonWorld cannot fulfill your pre-order, you will be notified and receive an appropriate resolution, which may include a refund.

9. Pricing Changes

The price displayed at the time of placing your pre-order is the price you agree to pay.

PokémonWorld reserves the right to correct pricing errors or cancel orders affected by incorrect pricing information.

10. Multiple Pre-Orders

Customers may place multiple pre-orders; however, PokémonWorld reserves the right to review or limit unusually large orders to ensure fair product availability for customers.
