The tool can also be used to tighten the light ties for the Existing Fence Conversion System.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eThe hog ringer tool is primarily used to attach the lower \"chew guard\" to the \"upper poly mesh\".
